Ortolan is a local, vegan, organic maker of pillows, towels, and napkins.  They don’t have a lot on their site right now (http://www.ortolanorganic.com/Ortolan_Home.html)
but what they do have, I adore. I am especially interested in their reuseable table napkins:

Something to look forward to once Emm and I get our own place! Hopefully they will be sitting on a new, chip-free table!
